Olsen Family Law, LLP in the Bay Area seeks an experienced senior family law attorney to independently lead complex cases while mentoring junior lawyers. The role emphasizes collaboration, sound judgment, and active leadership in the office, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2–3 days at the office in Santa Clara County area.

• 8+ years of California family law experience.
• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• Experience supervising junior attorneys and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as lead attorney on complex dissolution, custody, support, and premarital matters.
• Develop and execute case strategy for contested and financially sophisticated matters.
• Draft and argue motions, handle hearings and trials in multiple counties.
• Lead consultations and take primary responsibility for clients and matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associate attorneys and support staff.
• Collaborate on case staffing, workflow, and practice development.
• Help develop client and referral relationships and firm growth.
