Compensation: approximately $187,000 to $350,000 annualized, at a base rate between $100 to $200 per hour, depending on experience, hours, and caseload. This is a 1099 independent-contractor engagement; the role is flexible, from part-time (around 10-20 hours per week) up tofull-timeequivalent.Compensationisgrossoftaxes.Asacontractengagement,theposition does not include employer-provided benefits, and the contractor is responsible for self-employment taxes and their own insurance. Strong performers have meaningful production-based upside.
