Job summary

A mid-sized Family Law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney. You will manage cases, provide legal advice, and negotiate on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of Family Law experience and be licensed to practice in Washington. This role offers hybrid and remote options, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Family Law experience.
• Experience in finalizing divorces, alimony, child support, and custody.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Manage Family Law cases and represent clients in court.
• Provide legal advice and draft documents related to family disputes.
• Negotiate settlements and assist in mediation.

Requirements

• 3 + years of experience practicing Family Law
• Experience with finalizing divorces, alimony and/or spousal support, child support and/or child custody, domestic violence, and real estate (property division) is a MUST!
