Duties
- Draft sophisticated legal documents, including marital settlement agreements and motions.
- Provide expert legal guidance and formulate comprehensive case strategies.
- Analyze complex financial documents, including tax returns and financial statements.
- Negotiate and execute complex settlements with clients and opposing counsel.
- Manage an independent caseload and meet critical deadlines autonomously.
- Conduct legal research and maintain an understanding of evolving family law.
- Represent the firm with professionalism and independence.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing family law.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and legal principles.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex financial arrangements.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
