Job summary

GFF Design in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Leader (Architect) to guide complex projects from concept through construction, ensuring adherence to client specs and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients, mentor architects and drafters, and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of professional architecture experience with project leadership.
Experience coordinating with engineers, consultants, and clients across design/construction phases.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design phases from concept to completion, ensuring client specs and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
Develop and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
Mentor a team of architects and drafting professionals, fostering innovation and excellence.
