Google's XR team in Silicon Valley is seeking a senior FA engineer to lead failure analysis for microLED display modules and LEAs. You will perform advanced FA using SEM/EDX, FIB, X-ray, TEM, and cross-sectioning, diagnose root causes, and define corrective actions with design, process, and quality teams.
The role requires a BS in engineering or physics and 4 years in FA for displays or semiconductor modules, with hands-on experience in FA tools and optoelectronic modules.

With start-up roots and a state-of-the‑art compound semiconductor fab in Silicon Valley, Raxium is seeking to build upon its engineering team with an aim to disrupt next-generation display markets.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
