VulcanForms is seeking a Senior Factory Efficiency Engineer to optimize high-precision manufacturing through data-driven OEE analysis and standardized practices. You will bridge the factory floor with automation teams to reduce waste and maximize uptime across 24/7 operations.
You will own simulation models and value stream maps, drive strategic alignment, and develop comprehensive guidelines for factory efficiency that apply across sites and new product lines.

As the Senior Factory Efficiency Engineer , you will be a data-driven architect of operational excellence, optimizing the high-precision workflows and "lights-out" manufacturing strategies that power VulcanForms’ production scale. You will act as the bridge between the factory floor and our automation engineering squads, utilizing industrial engineering principles and advanced manufacturing data to systematically eliminate waste, simplify complex processes, and maximize 24/7 factory scalability.
In this role, you will own the tracking, analysis, and optimization of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across our bleeding-edge manufacturing cells. Your goal is to identify operational constraints, high-cost labor areas, and low-throughput processes, translating your findings into engineered solutions and standardized guidelines that ensure maximum factory uptime and cost efficiency.
