Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a versatile Multi-Trade Facility & Test Structure Craftsman to support facilities, test structures, R&D projects, operational ranges, and related infrastructure at a government installation. The role covers construction, maintenance, and repair across carpentry, plumbing, roofing, and related trades to ensure mission readiness.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, knowledge of safety regulations, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 10 years of facility installation and maintenance experience
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of facilities and equipment
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Familiar with safety regulations and hazardous waste management

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, repair test articles, structures, and facilities
• Perform building renovations and routine facility maintenance
• Interpret plans and blueprints for complex structures
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Perform roofing, painting, and concrete work
• Maintain PM/repair records and safety compliance
• Operate grounds equipment and manage storm readiness tasks
• Provide logistical support and coordinate with government PMs
• Ensure hazard material handling and PPE compliance
