Dexterra Group seeks a Facility Project Manager to coordinate the full range of services at a client site in Omaha, NE. You will lead electrical, mechanical, fire protection and BAS systems, and ensure contract performance while managing service requests and emergencies.

The role requires at least ten years of operations and facility maintenance experience, five years in PM/supervisory roles, and PMP or CAPM certification.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee electrical, mechanical, fire protection & safety, BAS systems, service desk operations.
• Manage cost, performance and schedule; handle service requests and emergencies.
• Inspect preventive maintenance and train staff; update manuals monthly.
• Oversee operations, staffing and performance to meet client guidelines.
• Participate in capital improvements and coordinate day-to-day operations with clients.
• Oversee subcontractors and maintenance contracts to meet client expectations.
• Measure productivity and quality; develop programs for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors for cost-effective supplies and equipment.
• Ensure corrective action complies with contract performance.
