What you’ll do

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing requests and concerns promptly.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Manage valet attendant relations, resolving complaints or misunderstandings diplomatically.
  • Hire, train, develop, and supervise staff.
  • Determine appropriate staffing levels to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to parking, security, and cash control procedures.
  • Maximize profitability through revenue growth, marketing, expense management, and budgeting.
  • Identify procurement and vendor service needs.
  • Handle general accounting tasks such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
  • Oversee facility maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Review damage claims and implement safety improvements to prevent future incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA laws through policy implementation.

Qualifications

What you need

  • Leadership ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Experience with budgeting and P&L review is a plus.
  • Quick problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office) and ability to learn internal programs.

License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
