Job summary

The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command in Georgia is seeking a General Facility Engineer to lead engineering project management, utilities oversight, and operations and maintenance for facilities, including new construction and renovations.

You will design and review projects and manage a large contractor workforce to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met. You will provide expertise on electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and construction engineering, supervise facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
• Professional registration or licensure (EI/EIT/PE) by a recognized board, or equivalent.
• Foreign education evaluation may be required if degree is from outside the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering projects, utilities, O&M, and design/review activities.
• Provide expertise in electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and construction engineering for new and renovated structures.
• Manage large contractor workforce to achieve goals.
• Plan, fund, and execute construction and utilities projects with cost, schedule, and performance control.
• Advise NSAG facilities on electrical power, mechanical systems, and construction techniques.
• Supervise facility engineering issues across NSAG facilities and interpret regulations.
