Aetos Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Facility Data Manager to lead governance, quality, and analytics for facility data across multiple systems. You will guide cross-functional teams, implement data standards, and ensure secure, accessible data for maintenance, space utilization, and asset management.

Required 12+ years in data management or analytics, US citizenship, and proximity to a NASA Center. Expect advanced dashboards, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with government

Qualifications

Must be a US citizen.
Must reside within 50 miles of a NASA Center.
Minimum 12 years of data management/analytics experience.
Experience with facility data, asset tracking, and maintenance workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead data governance, quality assurance, and analytics strategies for facility data.
Architect and enforce data security, including RLS in reporting environments.
Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Coordinate cross-functional teams on data integration across CMMS and ERP systems.
Provide training and documentation on data governance practices.
