Job summary

Aetos Systems, Inc. seeks a seasoned Facility Data Manager to serve as SME for facility data governance, analytics, and asset management for NASA programs.

Lead data governance, QA, and integration of CMMS and reporting platforms; drive data accuracy, secure access, and insightful dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL; oversee cross-functional teams and define KPI-driven reporting across facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Analytics, Information Systems, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in data management, analytics, facility operations, or maintenance.
• US Citizenship and ability to pass drug testing.
• Advanced knowledge of CMMS, data analytics tools, and ETL processes.
• Strong data governance, KPI tracking, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility data management practices, standards, and lifecycle governance.
• Architect and oversee data governance policies, quality assurance protocols, and compliance frameworks.
• Direct integration and optimization of facility management systems (e.g., CMMS).
• Provide technical leadership in system design, development, configuration, and integration of hardware, software, cloud components, and user interfaces.
• Guide cross-functional teams in integrating data systems, streamlining workflows, and aligning platforms.
