Job summary

Aetos Systems, Inc. seeks a senior Facility Data Manager to lead data governance for NASA's facilities division, owning data quality, security, and analytics across CMMS and asset-management reporting.

You will design governance policies, build dashboards with Power BI and Tableau, and guide cross-functional teams through data-driven initiatives, with a strong background in data management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a USCitizen with ability to pass drug testing.
• 12+ years of data management, analytics, or facility operations experience.
• Proven expertise in facility data management and governance.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility data governance, standards, and lifecycle governance.
• Architect data policies, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee integration and optimization of facility management systems (CMMS).
• Provide technical leadership in system design, configuration, and integration of hardware, software, cloud components, and user interfaces.
• Guide cross-functional teams in data system integration and workflow improvements.
• Lead configuration, documentation, version control, and testing with advanced test cases.
• Monitor performance and resolve data-related issues or gaps.
• Implement and enforce Row-Level Security in reporting environments (Power BI).
• Develop advanced dashboards and metrics using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
