Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required by the state's Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators.
• Active Nursing Facility Administrator license (appropriate state).
• Experience in Long-Term care setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall operation of the facility and direction of the workforce.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations, regulatory standards, and facility policies.
• Maintains accreditation and quality resident care through QA/PI and standards.
• Presents reports of financial activities and other required reports to corporate designee.
