Baldor Specialty Foods, Inc. is a leading distributor seeking a Facilities Technician III to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and system-level troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, dock equipment, and automation-support systems in a fast-paced distribution setting.

This senior-level role leads root-cause analysis, mentors Tech I and II technicians, supports capital projects, and ensures safe, reliable operation with strong ownership and reliability.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• 5+ years facility or industrial maintenance experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting experience in multi-system environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, NFPA 70E; willing to grow into more advanced technical work.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose advanced electrical issues including controls, relays, circuits, and panel faults.
• Perform advanced HVAC work including refrigeration support, brazing, refrigerant checks (when licensed), heating issues, and component replacement.
• Rebuild pumps, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Conduct advanced dock door and dock leveler repairs including operator systems.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for recurring facility failures.
• Execute technical tasks on conveyors, automation support equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Train and mentor Tech I and II technicians.
• Support capital project installations and large-scale maintenance efforts.
• Maintain CMMS documentation with detailed failure notes and recommendations.
• Ensure full safety compliance including advanced LOTO and electrical safety.
