Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician to support stores and regional teams. The role involves maintaining and repairing facilities and equipment using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other trades.

You will respond to emergency calls and inspect systems to diagnose issues. Candidates should have a high school diploma or technical certification with several years in related trades, plus a valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in trades, or 7 years' experience in trades.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record report.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Use the work order management system to manage reactive repair work orders.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment safely.
