Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Facilities Technician IV to support maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and reliability of facility and utility systems in regulated environments. You will lead preventive and corrective programs and work with third-party vendors to ensure compliant, reliable operations.

Qualified candidates will have 9–15 years in facilities maintenance, strong knowledge of BMS and calibration management, and familiarity with cGMP/GEP/GDP requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical trade school certifications or equivalent field experience considered.
• Registered apprenticeship, trade license (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pipefitting, wastewater, steam engineering) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective, reactive, and calibration maintenance for facility, utilities, and building systems in regulated environments.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility infrastructure systems.
• Monitor and operate Building Management System (BMS); review alarms and adjust parameters as needed.
