Job summary

Community Health Network in Anderson, IN, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Maintenance Department. You will ensure safe, functional, and clean treatment environments, maintaining critical life safety and equipment systems for readiness.

Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Requires basic tools knowledge and strong teamwork and communication. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 3+ years in related maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance principles, theories and operations.
• Ability to read and write at a high school graduate level.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs a broad variety of hospital equipment and systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance on hospital equipment and systems.
• Operates a broad variety of hospital equipment and systems.
• Performs construction tasks for preparation of hospital furnishings, equipment and systems.
• Maintains parts and materials inventory for maintenance and repair tasks.
