• Strong foundation in building maintenance and repair techniques.
• Advanced preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Independently troubleshoot complex equipment and determine solutions.
• Lead small teams and mentor junior Facilities staff.
• Complete renovation and improvement projects and ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain grounds, operate forklifts and other equipment as needed.
• Identify concerns and communicate recommendations to the Team Lead.
