Walmart is seeking a Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the local and regional team in Indiana. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing Walmart facilities, responding to emergencies, and using a range of craft skills and tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued drivers license with clean MVR.
• Trades certification plus 5 years in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trades, or 7 years in these trades.
• 1 year of experience using Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment) and hand/power tools.
• Use work order system to receive and document repair work orders for Stores and associates.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment and tools safely.
