Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Facilities Supervisor to oversee on-site facilities operations across client locations. You will supervise 3–10 staff, coordinate activities with management, and ensure timely coverage of shifts at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa.

You should have 3+ years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Employment is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and rotating weekends mentioned in the schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience required.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturing a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
