Job summary

Cellectis Raleigh seeks a senior leader to manage Maintenance, Metrology, and Engineering functions, ensuring calibration integrity, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. The role drives uptime and reliability for site assets through CMMS-driven programs.

You will develop SOPs/WIs, mentor teams, and coordinate with operations and QA to sustain a safe, efficient facility. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of pharma/biotech manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining CMMS-driven calibration and maintenance programs.
• Lead metrology, reliability, and engineering functions for site assets.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions to support calibration and maintenance.
• Oversee Building Management System updates and facility drawings.
• Collaborate with site personnel to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the metrology program.
• Provide leadership for reliability engineering activities and process improvements.
