Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the reliability and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and critical plant systems at our Dublin, OH site. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, optimize the CMMS, and partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and EHS to maximize uptime and maintain FDA/GMP/compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 5 years leading maintenance, facilities, or reliability teams.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and capital maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO, OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and facilities personnel to safety, reliability, quality, and productivity goals.
• Develop and execute the site maintenance strategy aligned with TPM and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Establish department goals, KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Manage CMMS to handle work orders, planning, asset history, and spare parts.
• Lead RCA investigations for equipment failures and downtime.
• Ensure a safe, compliant facility in line with regulatory requirements and audits.
• Oversee facilities & utilities including HVAC, water, compressed air, and building systems.
• Manage capital projects from concept to startup, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Ops to evaluate new technologies and process improvements.
