The primary purpose of the Facilities Project Manager position at MD Anderson is to manage one or more assigned capital projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating with designers, contractors and internal stakeholders to meet schedule and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Five years project management/construction experience.
• Preferred: design and construction experience with major academic healthcare and/or research facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage key project aspects of scope, budget, schedule, and contract compliance to ensure timely, on-budget completion.
• Guide and manage the project team to productive actions through effective communication and coordination.
• Ensure contractual compliance and collaborate with procurement and regulatory bodies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or related construction field
