Responsibilities

• Oversees highly complex design and construction projects with minimal supervision.
• Identifies and mitigates risk to cost and schedule across the project life cycle.
• Prepares schematic and working drawings for new or remodeled facilities; writes contracts and specs.
• Secures bids, evaluates changes to contract documents, and ensures compliance with codes.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, owners, and contractors on layout and methods.
• Manages cost, schedule, and scope for renovations, new equipment installs, and new construction.
• Ensures safe, compliant, and efficient operations; mentors junior staff and oversees a team of contractors.
