Responsibilities

• Utilizes a high level of expertise in facility systems, designs, and operations to manage complex design and construction projects.
• Proactively identifies and addresses issues throughout a project life cycle to minimize impact to cost and schedule.
• Estimates cost of projects, writes contracts and specifications, and secures bids from contractors.
• Coordinates projects with other departments to minimize risk and impact to operations.
• Provides mentorship of junior and mid-level staff and manages a team of contractors.
• Ensures work complies with safety, site cleanliness, and cGMP requirements.
