• Maintains pumps, heating systems, and filtration equipment; manages backflow prevention.
• Performs preventive maintenance and safety testing of fire protection systems.
• Diagnose system failures and respond to after-hours emergencies to resolve hazards.
• Coordinate with other trades and participate in meetings and projects.
• Lead training and act as SME for facilities stakeholders.
