Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day workplace operations, maintenance, pantry services, and logistics at its Gurgaon campus in a hybrid setup. The role emphasizes safety compliance, vendor management, and delivering an exceptional workplace experience for internal stakeholders and visitors.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of facilities management experience in corporate offices, IT parks, or multinational orgs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience managing both soft services and technical facility operations (HVAC, Electrical, UPS, Fire & Life Safety).
• Strong vendor management, SLA tracking, audits, and budget handling.
• Experience coordinating import/export logistics and asset inventory.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Facility Management Systems (CMMS/CAFM, ERP systems).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workplace operations including soft services, technical maintenance, pantry/cafeteria management, and essential logistics.
• Maintain high facility uptime and safety compliance; manage vendor relationships and service quality.
• Oversee space planning, office moves, and asset inventory; ensure budgets and SLAs/KPIs are tracked.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for HVAC, Electrical, UPS, Fire & Life Safety, and access control.
• Lead catering coordination, inventory control, and vendor performance.
• Support energy saving and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
• Provide prompt resolution to facility-related requests and excellent customer service.
