Job summary

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in manufacturing, semiconductor, or life sciences environments, with a strong background in facility systems, startups, commissioning, and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8+ years in manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex engineering, infrastructure, startup, commissioning, or capital projects.
• Strong background in facility systems, utilities, and manufacturing support infrastructure.
• Experience with risk assessments (PHA, FMEA, JHA/JSA, MOC) and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for complex engineering projects involving manufacturing systems and facility infrastructure.
• Develop plans, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation for capital projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with Operations, Facilities, EHS, Quality, and vendors.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and technical deliverables.
• Develop SOPs, standards, and technical documentation for operations and maintenance.
