As the Sr Facilities Manager, you will maximize the customer shopping experience and drive tenant sales by ensuring a clean, well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. You will uphold PRCP standards while overseeing asset preservation and enhancement. You will lead and manage all operational functions, including projects, construction, and contracted services, while directly supervising onsite maintenance, groundskeeping, and custodial teams.

To thrive, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Operations, Facilities, or Property Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of maintenance and operational functions, including the ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and schematics.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, commitment to accuracy, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., email, Excel, Word) and a valid driver’s license; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Your responsibilities as the Sr. Facilities Manager for Crabtree Valley Mall will include:

  • Develop and manage capital plans, budgets, and preventative maintenance programs to maintain and enhance property assets while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Oversee property inspections, contracted services, and construction activities, including scope development, vendor management, and project execution.
  • Ensure efficient property operations by managing operating expenses, processing vendor invoices, and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
  • Lead and train maintenance staff, ensuring effective performance, safety protocol adherence, and regulatory program compliance.
  • Support crisis management, risk mitigation, and emergency preparedness while resolving escalated issues and maintaining strong relationships with civic and safety officials.
