Job summary

Sacred Heart Schools Atherton is looking for a Facilities Manager to lead custodial and maintenance operations across the campus. The role includes managing staff, overseeing compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring the upkeep of all facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in facilities or property management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations of custodial, groundskeeping, and maintenance staff.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for campus buildings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and fire/life safety regulations.
