This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and supporting multiple company locations and ensuring that physical work environments remain functional, efficient, and ready to support business activities. The position will play an important role in helping the organization scale, supporting location transitions, coordinating external partners, and creating consistent operating practices across a growing footprint.

The individual in this role will balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution and will be expected to exercise independent judgment regarding operational priorities, resource allocation, project coordination, and third‑party partner management.

This is not a people‑management position at this time. Success will be achieved primarily through collaboration with external partners, service providers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Support leadership with reporting, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Risk, Readiness & Compliance

• Support company programs related to workplace readiness and operational requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, assessments, and corrective action activities as needed.
• Maintain documentation and records supporting business continuity efforts.
• Assist with physical access, security, and operational preparedness initiatives.
