Job summary

Medtronic North Haven, CT seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead campus facilities, utilities, and infrastructure. You will drive reliable operations for manufacturing, lab, warehouse, and office environments, and oversee design, construction, and improvements to support growth.

You will manage operating plans, budgets, and capital projects while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of facilities management experience; advanced degree with 5+ years acceptable.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets.
  • Experience supporting facility operations within manufacturing, laboratory, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead campus facilities operations across utilities, infrastructure, workplace services, and building systems.
  • Oversee capital expenditure planning and project execution; manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Partner with multiple functions (Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, Security, Finance) to support continuity and excellence.
  • Manage outsourced service providers and vendor relationships for performance and compliance.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing facilities organization aligned with business needs.

This function supports critical manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, office, and infrastructure operations through strategic management of facilities, utilities, building systems, and workplace services.This role is based at our North Haven, Connecticut facility and is an onsite position requiring regular presence to support site operations, infrastructure reliability, and business continuity activities.The Senior Facilities Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for campus facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and workplace services across a complex site environment.
