Job summary

ABM is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day management of assigned locations across all services and operations in Mountain View, CA. You’ll supervise Facility Managers regionally and drive performance improvements to meet client expectations.

The role focuses on managing HR, accounting, marketing support, budgets, and client relations, with a strong emphasis on learning and developing staff across sites.

Job description

Pay:$150K/YR Plus DOE
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’sexperience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.

The Sr. Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned locations for all aspects of services and/or operations. This includes human resources management, accounting, marketing support, budget support, and client relations. Responsible for the overall operations of assigned locations within a region.

Responsible for multi-site performance of services to the customer(s); and ultimately retention of those customer(s) as a client(s). The manager will be responsible for Facility Managers being identified within specific region. The Sr. Facilities Manager will drive continual improvements to the operation by creating an expectation of learning and development of their staff.
