Walmart is hiring a Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician in Amherst, NY. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets across multiple crafts, ensuring safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical certification and 5 years in listed trades, or 7 years in trades.
• Valid state driver's license with clean MVR; ability to pass MVR report.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (1 year).
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Use work order system to receive and document repairs for stores.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and diagnose issues.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify problems and ensure safety.
• Complete required training to operate tools safely.
