Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Technician III to perform day-to-day maintenance for the entire facility. You will troubleshoot and repair complex machinery, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with leadership to meet facility needs.

The role requires extensive hands-on maintenance experience, strong safety focus, and the ability to work with a maintenance team to keep all mechanical and electrical systems operating reliably.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certs preferred.
• Five years facilities/industrial maintenance experience required.
• Four years in HVAC, electrical, PLC, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure high-quality maintenance per SOP and regulatory standards.
• Maintain mechanical systems and electrical equipment across the facility.
