Job summary

Our client, a full-service automotive supplier in Ohio, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain electrical, HVAC, compressed air, and residential equipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime, with opportunities for growth, overtime, and an immediate start.

This position offers competitive pay at $33.35 per hour plus a $10,000 retention bonus, with no visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years technical experience (2 Year Degree is equivalent to 1 year of experience and 4 Year Degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to independently identify and repair problems of a moderately complex nature
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Identifies, schedules, and manages improvement and group activities
• Applies knowledge of repairs and troubleshooting with minimal guidance
• Uses independent judgment on a regular basis
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge ofdepartment processes
• Performs moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs
• Mentor lower-level technicians

Responsibilities
