Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician V for 1st shift in our Ohio facility. You will repair and maintain electrical, HVAC, compressed air and residential equipment to ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime.

You will perform preventive maintenance, lead junior technicians when needed, and identify cost-saving improvements. Overtime may be required and a retention bonus of $10,000 is offered to support legacy, long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of technical maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience identifying and repairing moderately complex problems.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:

• Minimum of 8 years technical experience (2 Year Degree is equivalent to 1 year of experience and 4 Year Degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to independently identify and repair problems of a moderately complex nature
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Identifies, schedules, and manages improvement and group activities
• Applies knowledge of repairs and troubleshooting with minimal guidance
• Uses independent judgment on a regular basis
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge ofdepartment processes

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General Office Environment (1.5) hours per day
• Manufacturing Environment (6.5) hour per day
• Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.
• Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
