Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs seeks a dedicated maintenance technician responsible for the upkeep of the Club’s property, including building repairs, preventive maintenance, and grounds care. You will respond to requests, identify hazards, and help ensure safe, efficient operations across the facility.

You will supervise maintenance tasks in your region, coordinate with the team, and maintain logs and inventories. Weekend/evening availability and HVAC proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC skills required.
• Minimum of two years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties daily to ensure operations meet standards.
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance across the facility.
• Collaborate with team members and respond to maintenance issues.
• Maintain outdoor grounds and oversee regional maintenance associates.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling tasks.
• Monitor building security and safety; maintain maintenance logs and inventories.
