Job summary

CHENEGA BASE & LOGISTICS SERVICES, LLC, Fort Hood, TX, seeks a Building Inspector to perform facilities condition inspections and data entry in support of the Fort Hood Directorate of Public Works (DPW). You will inspect real property, manage data, and generate ISR-based reports using BUILDER, ROOFER, PAVER, and SMS.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 5 years of commercial construction experience across building systems, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Access), and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in commercial construction for the listed building systems.
• Five years enterprise-level experience using automated office systems and software (e.g. Adobe, SAP), with emphasis on Microsoft Office, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real property facilities conditions inspections, data gathering, and data management, applying conditions ratings to Installation Status Report (ISR) standards.
• Produce daily, monthly, and quarterly reports in government databases such as BUILDER, ROOFER, PAVER, and SMS.
• Photographically document facilities conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
