Job summary

The Brazos River Authority in Possum Kingdom is seeking a Senior Maintenance Worker to join a team responsible for maintaining BRA facilities, parks, and equipment. You will monitor, repair and perform building and grounds maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing and light electrical work.

You will operate heavy equipment as needed, assist with dam operations, keep daily records, and provide courteous customer service to staff.

Qualifications

• Four years' experience or equivalent education.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with good driving record.
• Preferred: CDL/Texas Class B; Welding Certification; Crane Operator Certification and/or Refrigerant Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, repair and maintain grounds and facilities; perform building maintenance including painting, carpet installation, plumbing and light electrical work.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed to support maintenance and dam operations.
• Daily record keeping and provide customer service to BRA staff and visitors.
