Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Manager, Facilities Engineering to oversee facility infrastructure across California, Arizona, and Michigan. You will lead the Facilities Engineering team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of MEP systems, driving preventive maintenance and upgrades.

You will act as SME for electrical engineering, guiding projects from concept through commissioning, and supervise a small team including technicians and a mechanical engineer, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Facilities Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in facilities engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in design, operation, maintenance and optimization of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility infrastructure management across multiple states (CA, AZ, MI).
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of MEP systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan upgrades to meet evolving operational needs and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain building management and electrical power monitoring systems.
