Crayola LLC in Easton, PA seeks a Manager of Facilities Engineering to lead a diverse team responsible for the reliability, safety, and performance of facility systems. You will guide mechanical, electrical, BAS, and building automation initiatives to support operations and capital projects.

The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning, including asset lifecycle analyses and prioritization of infrastructure investments.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical required; ABET-accredited preferred.
• MS in engineering or PE license in lieu of an advanced degree.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities engineering or large-scale facilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading facility and infrastructure projects.
• Broad knowledge of commercial building design, construction, operations, and maintenance.
• Strong background in mechanical systems and HVAC; energy conservation.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, protection, and compliance.
• Knowledge of BAS, controls architecture, and system integration.
• Facility condition assessments, asset lifecycle analysis, and capital planning.
• Project management: budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary facilities engineering team.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for building infrastructure systems.
• Develop, implement, and sustain electrical programs and safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and internal safety policies.
• Oversee BAS to improve performance, energy efficiency, and visibility.
• Direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead long-term capital planning and asset lifecycle evaluations.
• Manage the facility's capital budget and project execution.
• Oversee engineering and construction projects with proper scope and schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement in energy management and facility modernization.
