Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Senior Facility Engineer in Ardmore, OK to provide technical and operational support for surface facilities across the Ardmore and Marietta basins. You will lead projects from FEED to operations handover, drive risk assessments, and optimize facilities with strong regulatory coordination.

The role requires a mechanical/chemical/petroleum engineering background and 3+ years in oil and gas facilities, with emphasis on project execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required and relevant oil and gas experience.
• 3+ years in an oil and gas facilities or upstream role.
• Experience with surface facilities design, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for surface facilities and operations.
• Lead project management from FEED to handover and risk assessments.
• Conduct surveillance, incident investigations, and regulatory liaison.
• Develop tools to track facility metrics and performance.
