Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of facilities/infrastructure or utility systems experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with HVAC, chilled water, boilers, compressed air or similar building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex engineering or operational systems and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, change control and quality systems in regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering documentation systems.
• Willingness to work on-site at MN sites (Arden Hills, Arbor Lakes, Maple Grove).

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities infrastructure and capital projects to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance monitoring, alarming and automation to minimize risk.
• Support operation, reliability and continuous improvement of campus infrastructure systems.
• Troubleshoot root causes of infrastructure issues affecting site operations.
• Collaborate with facilities technicians to improve maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support qualification, validation and change control for regulated systems.
• Identify energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability-related upgrades.
• Develop, review and maintain engineering docs and records for FDA-regulated environments.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to execute facilities work safely and efficiently across campuses.
