Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Facilities Engineer III to lead preventive and predictive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC-R and kitchen systems. You will troubleshoot complex issues and respond to service calls under the supervision of the Facilities Shift Supervisor/Manager.

The role demands experience maintaining casino facilities, adherence to safety standards, and strong knowledge of building automation systems and generators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of journey-level maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, other facility repairs).
• EPA Section 608 Universal Technician Certification.
• 2+ additional HVAC-R, Electrical, Plumbing or Commercial Kitchen Equipment certifications.
• Must obtain/maintain Licenses/certifications per Federal, State and Illinois Gaming Board.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facilities systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC-R, kitchen equipment and other facilities systems.
• Respond to maintenance service calls and complete work orders.
• Operate CMMS to create service requests and document work performed.
• Maintain HVAC systems and monitor building automation and emergency generators.
