Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; trade certification preferred.
• 5+ years facilities/maintenance experience; 3+ years supervisory role.
• Experience in hospitality facilities maintenance preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration, ice machines, and kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform repairs; boiler system work.
• Oversee maintenance staff; schedule workloads and training.
• Coordinate parts purchasing and budget for Maintenance Department.
• Ensure fire protections, safety standards, and OSHA compliance.
• Manage preventative maintenance across HVAC, electric, plumbing, and building systems.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and coordinate inspections.
• Lead remodeling projects and contractor coordination.
