Job summary

Northern Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Chief Engineer / Electrician (Facilities Maintenance) in Seattle, WA, to join a Federal O&M contractor for a long-term role.

Required are 5–7 years of commercial/industrial electrical maintenance experience, a valid 07 electrical license, ability to work independently, and willingness to undergo a security background check. Union membership is required under the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recent experience in commercial/industrial electrical, mechanical, structural & architectural maintenance in facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, or repair electrical equipment for generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy.
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, layouts or specifications.
• Locate and diagnose trouble in electrical systems or equipment; perform load calculations and use electrician tools and test instruments.
