Job summary

This senior role oversees facilities across multiple locations, coordinates construction and renovation projects, ensures safety and security, and partners with leadership, vendors, and state agencies to maintain safe, functional workplaces.

Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant experience in facilities, construction, or related fields.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to required years of experience.
• Experience with building operations, preventive maintenance, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across multiple locations.
• Coordinate construction and renovation projects and long-term space planning.
